Warm-up:

  • 1 min single leg row
  • 1 min opp single leg row
  • 1 min just arms row
  • 1 min just leg row
  • 1 min full body row
  • 20 squats
  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 arm circles forward and backwards

Skill: Max consecutive Wall Ball throws without dropping rest 3 min repeat 1x more.

Workout:

Set your rower in front on someone else so you cannot see their screen. As the count of 3-2-1-GO! You will row 250m, as soon as you hit 250m call go, the opponent will row their 250m . Upon completion you will observe who won. Winner rests, loser completes 10 burpees before round 2.

You will complete a total of 10 rounds.
