Get ready to rock your legs. Today's workout will definitely help you get stronger legs. So be ready to grab some railings later because this workout isn't for the faint of heart. We wouldn't have it any other way. So here it is!

  • 30 Lunges (Intermediate/Advanced Athletes hold a 25# plate overhead with arms locked out)
  • 40 Lateral Jumps (20 each side)
  • 50 jump squats
