Training may vary but the Adventures THRYVE on with our newest program Camp Asana™
Camp Asana™ will teach you how to use your favorite camp items to help increase mobility, lengthen your spine and keep the body open to all the adventures ahead. Our first program is Hammock Yoga™. In this program you will learn the how to use your favorite hammock as an aerial assist to create traction through the spine, open the shoulders and hips and engage your core in a brand new way.
The best part about Camp Asana is you have endless possibilities for poses that you can use to restore, rejuvenate and recover your body.
