How do we train our athletes?

We begin with a consultation. This might be a phone interview or online questionnaire to get a better feel for who you are as whole person. Then we match you with a program that will keep you accountable and motivated to keep striving for your goals.


What type of movement training classes do you offer?

The specific type of training varies from individual to individual. Our programs are always adapting and changing because life adapts and changes. So in the summer we offer outdoor bootcamps, hike and yoga practices, and running clinics. In the winter we offer virtual bootcamp where athletes follow online videos and are invited to a private online group to encourage and support one another.


What types of online training do you offer?

We currently offer 5k, Half & Full Marathon and THRYVE Fitness Training Programs that range from 6-8 weeks. Packages begin at $97. These programs are a one time purchase that give you the tools you need in order to reach a specific goal. Also coming soon is our Drishti Studio an online portal for yogis to practice with us anywhere. Bringing the expertise of yoga teachers all over the world we will give students full access to our online library. At only $10/month this is a great way to deepen your practice right from home.
