Time Crunch Sweat Session w/ Roople

In this Time Crunch Sweat Session I am joined by one of our Thryve Athletes to bring you a quick yoga practice. Enjoy the complexity of the movements without getting too sweaty from your practice.

Yoga + HIIT FUSION

This is a quick workout that will take you less than 15 minutes. It combines Yoga with some Higher Intensity Movements. Remember you can also cut out any plyometric movement.
