Thryve Primal Fitness

Bootcamp is one way to get a workout, but in the Thryve Primal Fitness we take to nature to challenge our bodies. From rock carries and log hurdles, open kayak carries to open water swims, this program is perfect for connecting with nature and evoking your primal fitness.

Advanced Hiking

Develop your hiking skills in this Thryve + AMC dual program. Participants will sharpen their compass and map reading skills, learn about local plant and animal life, and bag a few peaks along the way.


Camp Asana

Take the teachings of ThryveFit Studio Course Camp Asana to the next level. Join Thryve for a weekend workshop in harnessing your skills in restorative practices on the trails. Teachers interested in developing Camp Asana programs for their business can take an extended 4 day course to receive a certificate of completion in Camp Asana and all the tools necessary to launch their own trips.
